Job Description
The Role
As an Executive Director, you will play a key role in driving Automic Group’s business growth and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. This is a rare opportunity to make a tangible impact by leading strategic initiatives, managing key client relationships, and inspiring a high performing team.
To succeed in this role, you will bring Capital Markets experience, gained from sellside or buyside roles, a deep understanding of ASX Listing Rules, and the Corporations Act, coupled with proven leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities
Lead the charge in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.
Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong client relationships. Handle escalated matters with confidence, always ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage financial performance within your area of responsibility.
Represent Automic Group at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings, strengthening the organisation’s brand and influence.
Inspire and lead a talented team, building collaboration, innovation, and a culture of high performance.

Demonstrated Capabilities
Capital markets experience, gained from sellside or buyside roles.
A strong understanding of ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act.
