This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent while also providing general HR support when recruitment activity is lower. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, enjoys building strong relationships, and is eager to contribute to HR initiatives that enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.

Maintain and update job descriptions, job postings, and candidate pipelines.

Enhance employer branding initiatives to position Automic Group as an employer of choice.

Coordinate and conduct candidate assessments and reference checks.

Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics to improve hiring processes.
HR Support (Secondary Focus)

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Support HR team with various employee engagement and culture initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs and wellness programs.

Provide general HR administrative support, including document preparation and reporting.

Contribute to learning & development programs by coordinating training sessions and workshops.

Preparation of monthly HR metrics and reporting.

Assist in People & Culture various projects and implementation.

Ad hoc HR tasks as required.
