Job Description

The Role

As a Project Coordinator in the Customer Solutions Team (CST), you will play an integral role in providing support in key projects such as (but not limited to) fund launches and transitions for new and existing managed funds clients. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate end-to-end implementation, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the early stage of their career who is eager to deliver outstanding customer service while thriving in a dynamic project delivery environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

· Support the Project Manager in ensuring customer success and satisfaction in project delivery

· Assist in data analysis and mapping documentation, along with transformation, load, and reconciliation into Automic Group systems

· Leverage Excel to analyse, transform, and reconcile large datasets with precision

· Assist with project governance artefacts such as project plan plans, RAID logs, use of JIRA and maintaining guidance materials

· Attend internal and external meetings, assisting with minutes and action items (and following up on action items to closure)

· Configuration of client requirements in Automic Group systems with a focus on attention to detail, integrity and compliance with internal processes

· Continuously develop a strong understanding of the platform functionality, our clients and internal stakeholder relationships while presenting a professional image for the business

· Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience

· Proficiency in MS Office products such as Excel, Word, Power Point

· Proven ability to use Project tools such as JIRA

· Ability to prepare workflows in tools such as Miro

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Effective collaboration and relationship building skills

· Highly organised and able to manage time across multiple tasks

· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work autonomously

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow procedures

· A passion for understanding clients’ needs and finding tailored solutions
