We’re looking for a detail-driven Analyst to join our dynamic Customer Solutions team.

In this hands-on role, you’ll help deliver seamless managed fund transitions, system enhancements, and data migration projects — directly contributing to the ongoing evolution of Automic’s platform and client experience. You’ll work across business units, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and bring analytical thinking, accuracy, and initiative to every project.

Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Analyse and validate managed fund data for inbound transitions and migrations.

  • Support project delivery by mapping, reconciling, and testing data to ensure accuracy and quality outcomes.

  • Gather, document, and translate business and system requirements into functional specifications.

  • Contribute to system enhancement projects that improve client experience and operational efficiency.

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Collaborate with Project, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience

What you’ll bring

  • 2–4 years’ experience in business or systems analysis, data migration, or fund transitions within financial services or fund administration.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience in requirements gathering, reconciliation, and testing (UAT, functional, regression).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with complex data sets.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Information Systems (preferred).
