Job Description

To provide operational and administrative support to the Employee Share Plans Customer Success team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of client services. This role involves assisting with ongoing plan administration, proactively following up with clients, identifying process improvements, and maintaining a professional representation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support to our Employee Share Plans Customer Success team
  • Verify and assist with various client requirements for ongoing plan administration
  • Regularly follow up with our clients within agreed timeframes to ensure all deliverables are meeting service expectations
  • Deliver all client administration requirements on a day-to-day basis
  • Identify process gaps and begin to implement solutions for those gaps
  • Maintain a professional image for the business

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Strong PC skills with a high level of familiarity with MS Office products – specifically MS Excel
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and strong time management skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • High level of initiative, flexibility and has problem solving skills
  • Possess and display a positive, enthusiastic attitude & strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of Employee Share Plans and the financial services will be highly regarded
  • Intermediate excel skills is a require e.g. vlookups, pivot tables etc
  • Tech savy
