As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you’ll be a trusted partner to our ASX-listed clients, helping them navigate shareholder governance, registry, and market-related activities with confidence. You’ll manage a portfolio of key accounts, delivering exceptional service and building long-term, strategic relationships that reflect Automic’s commitment to excellence.
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs, proactively identify opportunities for growth, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their investor and governance outcomes. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams across registry, operations, and product to ensure every client interaction is seamless, efficient, and value-driven.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, support business development initiatives, and play a key role in strengthening Automic’s reputation as Australia’s leading provider of registry and investor services.
What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience in share or fund registry, or corporate markets.

Experience working with ASX200 clients and managing complex, enterprise-level relationships.

Strong understanding of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, and related regulations.

Proven commercial acumen with experience in renewals, cross-selling, and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly regarded).
