Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Build dashboards and reports that guide decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Manage and optimise our CRM (HubSpot) and other key sales tools to enhance usability and data integrity.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline and document sales processes, driving efficiency and consistency.
  • Oversee sales forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring accuracy and data quality.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales performance with broader business objectives.
  • Support territory design, quota setting, and annual planning activities.
  • Prepare proposals, RFPs, and other commercial documentation aligned with brand and governance standards.
  • Conduct company and market research to support proactive client outreach and lead qualification.

Desired Skills and Experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Analytics.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field is desirable but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Looker Studio).
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with complex datasets.
  • Detail-oriented and commercially minded, with a passion for operational excellence.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or professional services is highly regarded.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Hybrid working model (3 days in office / 2 from home).
  • Opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing, market-leading organisation.
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders across commercial, finance, and product teams.
  • A high-performance, values-led culture where collaboration and innovation are encouraged.
  • Recognised as a Great Place to Work®, with a strong commitment to employee experience and wellbeing.
  • Join a company that’s redefining how the Australian market approaches registry, governance, and investor services.
