- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within a fast-growing or professional services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ELMO preferred) and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and promoting company culture.
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and process improvement orientation
