We’re looking for a driven Senior Customer Success Associate to join our Fund Operations (Fund Registry) team and play a key role in delivering exceptional client outcomes and operational excellence.

In this hands-on role, you’ll act as a key operational contact for clients, oversee complex registry and fund processes, and mentor junior team members — all while contributing to Automic’s continuous growth and innovation.

Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Act as a trusted operational contact for clients, ensuring proactive, high-quality service.

  • Support Customer Success Managers with day-to-day registry and investor operations.

  • Manage and review complex transactions, including applications, redemptions, distributions, and corporate actions.

  • Oversee reconciliations, investor communications, and reporting deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Review and approve work completed by Customer Success Associates, maintaining Automic’s service standards.

  • Collaborate across teams to drive process improvement and system efficiency.

  • Contribute to internal initiatives that enhance client experience and operational excellence.

Desired Skills and Experience

What you’ll bring

  • 2–4 years’ experience in fund operations, registry, or client success within financial services or fund administration.

  • Strong understanding of registry processes, investor transactions, and reporting requirements.

  • Proven accuracy in reconciliations and data management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, client-first mindset.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Confident mentoring and supporting junior team members.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with registry or CRM systems highly regarded.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or related discipline (preferred)
