This is an excellent opportunity to step into Australia’s fastest-growing fintech in the registry and investor services space, working with listed and unlisted companies across the ASX. You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality transactional processing that supports Automic’s clients and their investors.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing

  • Process incoming issuer and investor transactional requests in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Handle incoming mail and support daily registry operations across listed and unlisted clients

  • Administer Company Registry transactions, deceased estates, AGMs, corporate actions, and employee share plan requests

  • Respond to investor and customer enquiries, ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism

  • Prepare and issue investor communications, including forms, notices, and AGM materials

  • Maintain accurate records, complete data validation, and ensure compliance with client business rules and legislative requirements

  • Support Registry Operations leadership during key events including AGM meeting closes, record dates, and corporate action projects

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Capital Markets, and Investor Services teams to deliver seamless client outcomes

  • Contribute to team meetings, share ideas, and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
