We’re seeking a Senior Associate to join our Payment Operations team, playing a key role in delivering accurate, reliable, and high-quality payment services across Automic’s Shared Services function.
This role is well suited to someone who brings strong technical capability in payment operations and tax reporting, combined with sound judgement, an eye for detail, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with Associates, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure payment processes are delivered with precision, consistency, and care.
What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

2+ years’ experience in payment processing, trust management, or registry/fund operations.

Strong understanding of tax reporting requirements and trust distribution processes.

Proven experience reviewing work, managing approvals, and supporting team capability.

High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage competing priorities.

Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with workflow tools such as JIRA.
