The Customer Success Associate, Company Registry is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional client service, support listed and unlisted company registry operations, and contribute to Automic Group’s continued growth. Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Support Customer Success Managers in day-to-day company registry operations to deliver outstanding client outcomes

  • Manage inbound and outbound client communications, ensuring all interactions are professional, timely and client-focused

  • Verify and assist with preparing shareholder communications, meeting documentation, and registry correspondence

  • Support the coordination and processing of corporate actions, meetings and registry updates

  • Assist in the preparation, reconciliation and distribution of client, shareholder and regulatory reports

  • Maintain accurate system records, filings and audit trails to ensure data integrity and compliance

  • Provide general administrative and operational support, collaborating across teams to achieve service excellence

Desired Skills and Experience

What you’ll bring

  • 1–3 years’ experience in company registry, fund registry, customer success or financial services operations

  • High attention to detail, accuracy and process discipline

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • A collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems and processes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular); experience with registry or CRM systems advantageous

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Law or a related discipline preferred
