We’re on the hunt for an Onboarding Specialist, ESP to play a key role in delivering seamless, high-quality onboarding for new Employee Share Plan clients. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys coordination, detail, and working cross-functionally to set clients up for long-term success.

Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding of new Employee Share Plan clients, from kick-off through to go-live

  • Coordinate onboarding activities across internal teams and external stakeholders to meet agreed timelines

  • Support system configuration, testing, validation and go-live readiness

  • Guide clients through onboarding requirements, documentation and data inputs with clarity and confidence

  • Maintain and improve onboarding templates, checklists and client-facing documentation

  • Support onboarding controls, validation steps and risk mitigations to ensure quality outcomes

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding efficiency and scalability

Desired Skills and Experience

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in onboarding, operations, registry, fund administration, employee share plans or financial services

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding workstreams concurrently

  • High attention to detail and a structured, process-driven mindset

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging clients and stakeholders

  • Comfort working with systems, data and documentation in a regulated environment

  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a desire to improve how things are done
