We’re on the hunt for an Onboarding Specialist, ESP to play a key role in delivering seamless, high-quality onboarding for new Employee Share Plan clients. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys coordination, detail, and working cross-functionally to set clients up for long-term success.
What you’ll bring

Experience in onboarding, operations, registry, fund administration, employee share plans or financial services

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding workstreams concurrently

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging clients and stakeholders
