This role sits at the intersection of operations, risk and regulation. You’ll be accountable for embedding operational compliance into day-to-day Fund Registry activities — translating regulatory and policy requirements into practical, scalable controls that support high-quality client outcomes. This is a hands-on, influential role suited to someone who balances regulatory rigour with operational pragmatism and enjoys partnering closely with operational leaders to uplift compliance capability.
What you’ll bring

Experience in operational compliance within financial services, funds, registry or investor administration

Strong understanding of risk-based compliance and embedding controls into operational processes

Proven experience managing incidents, breaches and remediation activities

Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across operations, risk, legal and technology

Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable solutions

High attention to detail with sound judgement in assessing risk and materiality

Experience supporting audits, reviews or regulatory interactions

Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Law, Risk or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
