As we continue our next phase of expansion, we’re looking for two Project Coordinators to join our Customer Solutions Team (CST). This is an exciting opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data and systems, and wants to develop their career within a high-performing fintech that’s transforming the industry.

Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Support Project Managers in the delivery of client implementation projects and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.

  • Assist with project documentation, RAID logs, and JIRA tracking to support delivery governance.

  • Analyse, transform, and reconcile client data using Excel and internal systems.

  • Configure client requirements in Automic’s systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Coordinate meetings, capture minutes and action items, and drive follow-up to closure.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and project efficiency.

Desired Skills and Experience

What you’ll bring

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience using project tools such as JIRA and workflow platforms like Miro.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
