Supporting Automic’s platinum and strategic clients, this senior, hands-on role blends technical expertise, confident client leadership, and people management, while contributing to execution excellence, client retention and revenue growth across our Capital Markets offering.
You’ll act as a trusted adviser to issuers and external stakeholders, lead high-profile transactions end to end, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
What you’ll bring

Strong experience delivering capital markets transactions (entitlement offers, SPPs, IPOs, off-market takeovers)

Proven capability leading complex transactions for premium or high-profile clients

Confidence leading client meetings and engaging with legal advisers, brokers and banks

Strong judgement under pressure with a proactive, risk-aware mindset

Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management and delegation

A commercial lens, with the ability to identify client solutions and growth opportunities

Strong systems literacy, with advanced Excel capability and experience using workflow tools (e.g. JIRA)

Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, business, commerce, law or a related discipline
