About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate HubSpot specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a critical role responsible for managing, optimising, and scaling our entire HubSpot instance. You will work across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure our platform is a powerful engine for growth, data integrity, and process efficiency. You will be our go-to expert for all things HubSpot, from architecting complex workflows to leveraging the latest AI features to give us a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities

CRM administration: Own the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data hygiene, accuracy, and completeness. Manage custom properties, objects, lifecycle stages, workflows and user permissions to support business processes.

Sales hub optimisation: Build and refine sales pipelines, forecast models, and automated sequences. Develop workflows to streamline lead rotation, deal management, and sales team reporting.

Marketing & operations automation: Design and implement sophisticated workflows for lead nurturing, internal notifications, and data synchronisation between systems. Play a key function in distributing email campaigns and content to our customers and prospects.

Reporting and analytics: Create and maintain insightful dashboards and custom reports for marketing, sales, and leadership teams. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance.

System innovation: Act as a subject matter expert on HubSpot's evolving features, particularly its new AI tools for content generation, chat, and predictive analytics. Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve processes and drive efficiency.
