Job Description

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Support Senior Business Analysts in requirement gathering and documentation. 
  • Assist in preparing: 
  • Business Requirement Documents (BRD) 
  • Functional specifications 
  • User stories and acceptance criteria 
  • Participate in workshops with business, operations, and technology stakeholders. 
  • Assist in trade lifecycle analysis across asset classes. 
  • Support activities related to: 
  • Corporate Actions 
  • Pricing validation 
  • Fund accounting processes 
  • Client reporting outputs 
  • Help coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 
  • Work with custodians, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to understand issue resolution workflows. 
  • Perform data analysis, reconciliations, and validation tasks using Excel. 

Desired Skills and Experience

About you! 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 0–3 years of experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Fund Administration, Custody Operations, or relevant internship exposure.
  • A basic understanding of the trade lifecycle and investment operations (advantageous). 
  • Exposure to investment accounting platforms such as InvestOne (desirable but not mandatory).
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
  • Structured and disciplined approach to documentation.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced delivery environment.

 

Technical & Tools 

  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, basic formulas and reconciliation 
  • Exposure using PowerPoint to prepare structured presentations and documentation. 
  • Basic exposure to VBA or macros is advantageous but not mandatory.
