Job Description
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving discrepancies, and ensuring financial accuracy. You will take ownership of bank reconciliations and unclaimed monies (UCM) processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external institutions to maintain strong financial controls and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing and reconciling client trust accounts
Investigating and resolving banking discrepancies
Monitoring investor funds within the registry system
Supporting unclaimed monies reconciliation, reporting and lodgments
Collaborating across Operations, Finance, Capital Markets, Risk & Compliance, Treasury Payments and Customer Success
Strengthening internal controls and identifying opportunities to reduce risk
You will play a key role in ensuring service delivery standards, regulatory obligations, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills and Experience
2–5+ years’ experience in financial services
Experience performing bank reconciliations
Strong analytical capability across large datasets
Advanced Excel skills
Experience preparing, reviewing and issuing business reporting
Understanding of trust accounts or investor registry environments (highly regarded)
Experience managing or supporting Unclaimed Monies processes (desirable)
