We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager, Fund Registry to manage and grow a portfolio of fund registry clients by delivering expert operational and regulatory support. You’ll lead seamless client onboarding, build trusted relationships, drive continuous improvement, and identify opportunities to enhance services and expand client partnerships
Job Description
What you’ll do
Manage a portfolio of fund registry and administration clients, providing day-to-day technical and regulatory expertise
Lead onboarding for new clients, clearly defining requirements and service standards
Drive process improvements, identify service enhancement opportunities, and mitigate operational risk
Support the maintenance and development of ISO-certified Quality and Information Security Management Systems
Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset toward business development and stakeholder communication
Proactively plan annual corporate calendars with clients, ensuring service expectations are met
Identify cross-sell opportunities through strong client engagement and insight
Ensure timely billing, support contract negotiations, and enhance services using client and stakeholder feedback
Desired Skills and Experience

Experience in fund registry, fund administration, or financial services client management
Strong understanding of regulatory and operational requirements in funds or investor administration
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver consistent, high-quality service
A continuous-improvement mindset with experience in process optimisation and risk management
