About the role
As Change Manager (TMO), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring key transformation initiatives are successfully adopted and embedded across the business.
Working closely with initiative owners, senior leaders, and internal communications, you’ll bring structure and clarity to change, ensuring impacts are understood, stakeholders are engaged, and outcomes are realised.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys turning strategy into action.
Key Responsibilities include
Develop and execute practical change plans aligned to transformation initiatives
Assess impacts across people, process, systems, customers, and operations
Identify stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and adoption requirements
Partner with initiative owners to define success and land change effectively
Lead business readiness, including adoption metrics, planning, and execution
Engage and influence senior stakeholders; facilitate workshops and alignment sessions
Deliver clear, targeted communications and leader toolkits in partnership with Internal Comms
Track change progress, adoption risks, and readiness through TMO governance and reporting
Desired Skills and Experience
About you!
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience as a Change Manager within transformation, operating model, system, or enterprise change environments
Experience working within a TMO, PMO, or large-scale transformation program
Strong ability to assess impacts and translate them into clear, practical plans
Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Excellent written communication skills (briefings, exec updates, stakeholder comms)
Ability to simplify complex or ambiguous information into clear actions
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
Comfortable facilitating workshops and leading discussions
Pragmatic, outcomes-focused mindset with a bias for action
Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
Nice to Have
Experience in financial services, fintech, SaaS or high-growth environments
Exposure to operating model change, systems implementation, or process redesign
Experience with benefits realisation or adoption measurement
Familiarity with structured change frameworks
