Job Description
Position Overview
The Account Manager – Funds is responsible for managing and growing Automic’s fund client accounts across Fund Registry, Fund Administration and Custody services and related corporate solutions.
This role is focused on strengthening long-term client relationships, leading renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and expanding Automic’s footprint within the fund services ecosystem.
Working closely with Customer Success Managers, Solutions , Operations, Product, and Sales teams, you will help deliver exceptional client experiences while driving sustainable commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Relationship Management
· Manage a portfolio of funds clients across Automic’s suite of solutions.
· Build and maintain strong multi-level stakeholder relationships.
· Lead client engagement activities and act as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts.
· Develop strategic account plans to support long-term client growth and retention.
Retention & Commercial Management
· Lead renewal cycles, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
· Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks and service concerns.
· Support complex client issue resolution in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
· Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM records within HubSpot or Salesforce.
Growth, Upsell & Cross-Sell
· Identify expansion opportunities across Automic’s products and services.
· Develop and deliver commercial proposals and account growth initiatives.
· Drive upsell and cross-sell activity to increase product penetration and client value.
· Contribute to revenue growth and achievement of assigned commercial targets.
Collaboration & Market Expertise
· Partner closely with Solutions, Transitions, and Operations teams to support onboarding and delivery outcomes.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Risk, and Commercial teams.
· Maintain strong knowledge of Automic’s products, market positioning, and relevant regulatory environments.
· Provide market and client insights to support broader go-to-market and product strategies.
