About the Role
We’re looking for an Operational Compliance Associate to join our Fund Registry team and play a key role in embedding strong operational compliance practices across the business.
Operating at the intersection of operations, risk, and regulation, this role helps ensure regulatory obligations, internal controls, and governance requirements are translated into practical, scalable operational processes.
Working closely with Fund Registry leadership, Risk & Compliance, and operational teams, you’ll support operational assurance activities, regulatory reporting, incident and breach management, and compliance uplift initiatives. Role Responsibilities:
Support delivery of the Fund Registry operational compliance framework
Complete operational compliance activities including FATCA/CRS reporting and testing, AML, KYC, PEP and sanctions processes, and incident management
Perform and review operational controls and assurance activities
Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and client due diligence processes
Partner with Risk & Compliance teams to support regulatory change implementation
Support end-to-end incident and breach management, including assessment, escalation, investigation, and remediation planning
Maintain operational risk, incident, and reporting registers
Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with Fund Registry leadership and operational teams as a trusted compliance support function
Provide practical guidance to support frontline compliance ownership
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate controls without increasing risk
Contribute to operational compliance uplift initiatives
Support improvements to assurance activities, control frameworks, and operational workflows
Assist with documentation and evidence management to support governance requirements
Desired Skills and Experience

Experience in operational compliance within financial services, funds, or investor administration
Experience embedding controls into operational processes
Experience supporting audits, reviews, or regulatory interactions
Strong risk-based judgement and attention to detail
Ability to interpret regulation and translate requirements into practical operational controls
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Comfortable working with operational systems, reporting artefacts, and evidence repositories
Tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related discipline
Highly Regarded:
Exposure to Fund Registry or Fund Administration environments
Compliance, risk, or governance certification
Experience contributing to process redesign, control automation, or workflow improvement
Experience with workflow tools, GRC systems, or automation platforms
