Job Description
The Opportunity
As the Senior Product Owner - Business Platform, you will act as the owner for product capability, translating market demand, client needs, operational realities and strategic priorities into clear product direction and measurable commercial outcomes.
You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales and Marketing to ensure capability is scalable, operationally embedded and commercially successful. This is not a project management or delivery coordination role—it's a strategic product leadership position focused on prioritisation, business outcomes and long-term platform value.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Owning the product direction, prioritisation and commercial success of Employee Share Plans and related platform capabilities.
Translating market opportunities, client needs and operational realities into scalable product decisions and roadmap priorities.
Identifying opportunities to improve product maturity, operational efficiency and market readiness across target segments.
Defining and championing platform standards that balance customer needs, regulatory requirements and long-term scalability.
Aligning Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales and Marketing around clear outcomes that drive adoption, efficiency and growth.
Ensuring capabilities are operationally embedded, commercially viable and designed for long-term scale within a shared-platform model.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You:
You'll bring a strong combination of commercial acumen, product ownership experience and the ability to influence across complex stakeholder environments.
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience in product, platform or business ownership roles within financial services, fintech, registry services, fund administration, market infrastructure or related industries.
Experience owning and evolving mature products or shared platforms.
Demonstrated success translating market demand into scalable product outcomes.
Experience working across regulatory, operational and technology environments.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills without relying on formal authority.
A passion for building scalable, reusable capabilities rather than bespoke solutions.
Experience with Employee Share Plans will be highly regarded.
