Job Description
The Senior Delivery Lead – AI is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end delivery of AI, data and agent-enabled initiatives across Automic’s product and technology pipeline.
Working across Product, Engineering, AI, Data, Security, Risk and business teams, you will guide initiatives from discovery and experimentation through to production, adoption and continuous improvement. You will bring structure to complex and evolving work while balancing experimentation with delivery discipline, responsible AI practices and operational readiness.
This role suits an experienced technology delivery leader who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, aligning technical teams and senior stakeholders, and turning promising AI concepts into secure, scalable and production-ready solutions.
This hybrid opportunity is open to candidates in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities include:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI, data and agent-enabled initiatives from discovery and experimentation through to production and continuous improvement.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, AI, Data, Security, Risk, Operations and the broader business.
Strong program, project and agile delivery-management capability, including planning, prioritisation, forecasting and risk management.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, AI, Data, Security, Risk and business functions.
Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the confidence to constructively challenge and influence senior leaders.
Sound knowledge of AI and software delivery lifecycles, cloud platforms, data management, integrations and enterprise systems.
An understanding of AI delivery risks, including data readiness, evaluation, privacy, responsible AI, human oversight and production monitoring.
Qualifications
A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in financial services, enterprise technology, SaaS or another regulated industry will be highly regarded.
Previous experience in software development, business analysis, data, AI or a related technical discipline will be advantageous.
