We are growing and are looking for an experienced Lead Technical Business Analyst to join our team in Sydney!
About the Role
This role requires an experienced BA who can independently own complex system changes end-to-end and who can work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver build-ready requirements as our tech grows.
Key Responsibilities include:

Operating in strict accordance with Automic’s Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring compliance with security, governance, and data protection standards.

Collaborating with senior management, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gather, analyse, and prioritise business requirements.

Continuously improving analysis practices, documentation standards, and tools to enhance productivity, quality, and security.
About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:

Experience within financial services is highly desirable, particularly within share/unit registry, managed funds, fund admin, wealth/ market infrastructure or investor lifecycle platforms
